Assistant Manager/ Officer, Human Resources (Job Ref No.: HR-202311)
Job Responsibilities
Support the launch of various human resources initiatives to drive for employee engagement and development.
Assist in developing human resources policies and practices and undertaking human resources projects to drive for improvement on efficiency.
Deliver all payroll, tax reporting and retirement processes in time and accurately to avoid any potential risk in violating legal requirements and thus incurring penalty.
Enhance employee experience by providing timely and caring human resources services.
Ensure all human resources practices in compliance with employment ordinance and prevent any damage to employer brand.
Maintain and update human resources information system to ensure data accuracy and effective workforce management.
Build and leverage effective relationships with leaders and employees to understand workforce needs and enhance employee engagement.
Conduct workforce analysis and reporting to drive for business growth and provide insights for workforce planning.
Job Requirements
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management, preferably with exposure to financial institutions.
Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and human resources related regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Good language skills; proficiency in written Chinese and English, as well as spoken Putonghua.
