Head of Treasury (Job Ref No.: HR-202306)
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for overall management of Treasury businesses of the Bank.
Formulate and execute business and strategic plans adopted by the Bank.
Direct staff in implementation of business plans.
Achieve the financial targets.
Establish a solid corporate governance and control structure for compliance with local regulatory rules that govern treasury activities.
Manage the Bank’s funding books.
Manage the debt securities investment portfolio for the bank.
Oversight of treasury risk and control.
Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
Lead business meetings on treasury related matters.
Act as liaison with industry and regulatory bodies on treasury matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties to facilitate business growth and management reporting as required.
Job Requirements
University degree in finance, business studies or economic, or relevant professional qualification.
At least 10 years relevant working experiences with track record in managing and leading Treasury activities.
All-rounded knowledge on treasury and investment products (FX, MM, fixed income market and etc.)
Excellent communication and management skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
